As the season itself is very bright and sunny, people can hang out comfortably. It is amazing time for relaxation, rejuvenate, and recreation. Usually, people like to take advantage of longer days and sunny weather. The longer the day, the more time you can spend with your families and friends. The change in climatic condition makes the situation worse, thus it is essential to take some additional care of our health.
Summer is lovely bright and sunny but at the same time it is hot. You need to take additional care of your skin and hair. Generally, in summer season, the body gets evaporated very easily. The heat absorbs a lot of water from our body leaving it dehydrated. Once the body gets dehydrated, it starts suffering from many ailments, harmful infections and adverse effect on the skin. The cells in our body are very sensitive. They need to be moisturized properly or else they die. Then, the decomposition of dead cells in the body leads to harmful infections. Apart from all this, summers are laziest days, where you just want to sit and relax. But remember to take care of yourself in harsh summers. They sneak away all charm and glow from your healthy skin.
- To avoid looking dull, pale, and drained in your holidays, it is better to follow some good tips which will keep you healthy and active throughout summer. Hair is mostly exposed to harmful rays of sun, thus making them weak. Apart from sunrays, the pollution in environment also affects the health of hair. They need to be maintained properly. Here are some easy tips that will help you to stay from messy hair:
- Summer are usually spent outside, thus moisten your hair with lemon juice before going for bath. Apply lemon juice thoroughly in your hair and scalp. Rub this mixture on your scalp properly. Leave for one hour before going to bath. Then wash off your hair with warm water thoroughly. Vitamin C in lemon gives your hair proper nutrition. The acidic nature also kills the germs and washes off the dust from hair. It also removes excess of oil from your hair giving them natural shine.
- Usually, many people opt for swimming in summers. Thus, such people need to have deep conditioning at least once in a week. Swimming leaves your hair brittle and dry.
- Cover your head with good cotton scarf’s that will guard your hair from harmful ultra- violet rays.
Massage your hair daily with oil in the night before going to sleep. Choose any oil that suits your hair condition.- Use mild shampoos for hair wash. Do not use chemical based shampoos as; they will leave your hair dry and fragile.
- Give your hair proper steam which will help in eliminating out dandruff from the scalp. Soak a clean towel in hot water, drench out the water and cover your head with towel. Remove the towel after thirty minutes and see the results.
- And finally, drink plenty of water and consume right diet. This is basic formula to keep your hair healthy and beautiful.
Our skin also gets heavily affected due to ultra violet rays of sun. The skin is left dry and itchy. The polluted particles very badly affect the health of your skin. They clog the pores, thus leading to infection. During summer season, it also affects more badly. Here are some few tips that are given in order to prevent your skin from infections:
- In summer, some people love to get their tanned and have bronze look in order to get into fashion. I would suggest that do not get fried in order to meet the fashion heights. Instead on standing in hot sun and making yourself weak, try and opt for best quality bronzer. You may readily get in Body Shop.
- Use a high quality facial scrub to remove all dead cells from the skin. Get the massage done once in day for better results.
- Always use a mild soap on your skin. Wash your face at least three times in a day. Do not use any harsh chemical based soap which will mess with your skin. The chemicals might show some temporary desired effects but later on they turn out to be dangerous for skin.
Apply a sunscreen lotion before leaving your home. Opt for the sunscreen which contains minimum of SPF 15. Sun screen lotion guards your skin from all the infections and polluted particles. Apply it fifteen minutes before you leave the house.- Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and organ hydrated. You need to drink at least eight to ten glass of water daily in order to keep your skin moist. Cut down the consumption of soft drinks and shift to natural fruit juices which will keep you provide you with ample content of water and nutrition.
- While you have burning sensation, just dab some Aloe Vera lotions or gels on the skin. It will soothe your burning sensations and will heal you faster.
- Mosquito bite or bug bites are not new to anyone, they create huge rashes on skin. in order to soothe those red rashes on skin; you may apply some sunscreen lotion or ointment.
- If you are not able to bear the high temperature, just fill a moist bottle with water and mix some amount of toner to it. Spray the mixture in your face and clean it with a cotton ball. Keep it away from eyes. It might affect your eyes.
- Consume good diet and fill your tummy with nutritious food. Avoid too much of fried and processed food which will make you lousy and fatty. Indulge yourself in green leafy vegetables with good amount of fruits.
- Carry a good sun protector like umbrella and cover your eyes with good glasses.
Women have to maintain themselves their personality in the social circles and try to get good impression about their personality. In summer, the level of heat messes up with excessive amount of make up. The chemicals that are added in the cosmetics will ruin the health of your skin. We provide you with some make- up tips that will be helpful:
Go for light make-up in summer. Avoid heavy foundations which might ruin your skin. When you apply heavy make-ups, the high temperature will increase the amount of sweat in your body. Thus, the entire make-up will run down with the flowing sweat.- Use a lip gloss instead of dabbing some heavy and dark lipstick. You may even opt for lip balm.
- Before you apply the make- up; rub your skin with ice, then apply your make-up.
- And finally, use better quality of cosmetic in order to stay away from adverse effects.
These are some small and effortless way to look beautiful and gorgeous even in the boiling temperature. No need to get your self bagged with loads of crèmes and cosmetics in order to stay cool in summer. Just carry of bottle of water, some nuts, good quality sunscreen lotion, and scarf to stay away from boiling heat. And to remain cool always carry of bottle of lime water, sweeten it with honey.

Summers is the best season to freak out as its pleasent outside seeing the sun shining. But need to be careful with our skin which can burn.
The main concern in summers is skin. Applying sunscreen lotion regularly whenever you are out can help.
Keep your body hydrated. drink water as much as you can. This helps to keep your skin soft.
Wash yourself properly with water and use a smooth and low soap. Not too hard with chemicals.
Light make up point is really good. People shouldn’t be much decked up while going out.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes. Tigh clothes can end up with marks and rashes on skin.
Avoid going outside in the afternoon or when it is too hot outside. Plan your activities accordingly.
Rinse your face 3-4 times to make you feel fresh. Keep your body hydrated. Keep less consumption of salt.
Fantastic! I really impressed by this post. I got what I was searching an information.
My summer beauty regimen mainly consists of hairmasks, moisturizing sunscreen and aftersun milk. It’s all you really need to take care of your hair and skin.
