- Lower back pain can be cured with raw potato poultice. Place the poultice of raw potato on the affected part gives an immediate relief from severe pain. You need to carry out this remedy frequently.
- Ice pack is the simplest method to overcome back problem. Take a soft and clean towel and wrap some ice cubes. Place this cold compressor in your back for overnight. This has been proved and simplest solution to cure backache.
