Stages of pregnancy

You need to take extra care not just throughout the pregnancy, but even post- pregnancy matters lot. The happiness of getting a new life in the world is beyond imagination, thus you need to more cautious. During this phase, your health matters the most. Your health condition might affect the unborn child. After all, the child receives food that is consumed by the mother.
Pregnancy is the phase that varies at every stage. There are three main stages of pregnancy, in which every stage last for approximately thirteen weeks. It is very much essential for every woman to complete information and knowledge about these thirteen weeks. They should understand the changes that take place during every stage. These stages are called ad trimester.
First trimester:
This phase includes the day of conception to the twelfth week of pregnancy. During this period, you need to take some extra care; as there are huge chances of getting miscarriage. In this trimester, baby starts growing within the womb. The baby starts developing its all important organs in the first trimester. As soon as you experience the initial symptoms of pregnancy, immediately consult your doctor and get yourself checked. In this period, you need to ea and drink properly and carefully. Stay away from junk food and harmful food products. Sometimes women are unaware of their allergies and thus get into trouble. Get aware of your own allergies and keep them away. It is essential to eat healthy and nutritious food as; it will help your child in growing properly. Lessen down the intake of caffeinated products as they are harmful to your health.
Half million population of women are habituated to smoking, which is very much injurious to health. Thus, it is better to quit smoking to have a healthy baby.
Second trimester:
Medically, the second stage of pregnancy is considered as the most relaxing phase. In the initial weeks of pregnancy- second trimester, you won’t feel stressed and ill health. If you are on proper nutrition, then this will be healthier period of pregnancy, whereas in the later days, you might experience some timid movements of your baby. In this phase, your child might be of three to four inches in length. It will start developing hair and eye brows. The urinary tract of the baby will start working and the lungs will begin to breathe out amniotic fluid. From the three stages of pregnancy, a woman will much healthier in these days.
Third trimester:
Well, now this is the last and most important phase of pregnancy. With a healthy diet and proper care, your child will be one foot long with two to three pounds. Your baby will start blinking his eyes and start gaining weight speedily. You may notice the changes in your thirty sixth months- the uterus will enlarge and it will touch almost the ribs. Once you complete the thirty seventh week, your baby is ready to arrive in this world. The three stages of pregnancy will successfully complete its cycle and bring immense happiness in the world.
