Many factors such as pollution, faulty lifestyle, poor diet, and excessive exposure to chemicals, contaminated water, allergic foods, disturbed sleep, and harmful rays of sun affect the skin very badly. Sun rays kill the cells of your body and hammer the health of your skin.
Apart from staying back in home, you may find many home remedies that will keep you away from consequences of sunrays. These rays deeply affect your skin and sneak away all moisture from your body. Drink plenty of water as, water is the most essential element of the body. 70% of our body is made up of water, thus it is necessary to provide our body with required amount of water. During summers, our body looses excessive amount of water which leads to dehydration. Dehydration is the worst condition, where body suffers from numerous problems. Drink ample of water before leaving in the sun. Even carry sufficient amount of water with you as, in summer water gets easily contaminated. Thus, drink filtered water at regular intervals.
Apart from water, you should even consume rather fluids frequently. Stop consuming carbonated drinks, tea, coffee, and alcohol. Sip good amount of fresh fruit juices, vegetables juices, butter milk, milk, and milkshakes. Drink lot of home made natural drinks such as rose drink, raw mango juice, cucumber juice, and herbal teas. They provide good amount of nutrition and helps you in fighting with rising temperature.
Grab healthy diet that includes green leafy veggies and fruits with high water content. Avoid outside food and opt for home made fresh food. Instead of frying and cooking vegetables, it is better to eat steamed vegetables. Even include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. As they contain the required elements to fight with excessive heat.
Reduce the intake of excessive salt in your food. Do not add excess of salt to your food as, it disturbs the functioning of glands that produces sweat. Improper functioning of sweat glands can increase the chance of heat stroke.

- In the summer season, keep your coolers or air conditioners on. Drink lot of water to keep your body moisten. You may even have whole bath three to four times in day. Clean your body as much as possible. Use good soap or shower gels for bathing.
- Avoid going in sun and protecting your body from afternoon sunrays. The sunrays are very much strong during this period and they create more mess with the body. Plan your outdoor activities in evening or early morning.
- If you no choice then going out in sun, so prevent yourself from harmful rays by carrying umbrella or hat. These things will at least protect your from excessive heat.
Protect your body from dehydration, as it hammers your health very badly. Drink plenty of water and natural drinks that will provide essential nutrient to your body.- Keep away the bottle of alcohol in summer seasons. The intake of alcohol increases the level of heat in your body, which will worsen the condition. They aggravate sunburns and sunstroke.
- Wear light white clothes that will keep your body feel airy. Cotton clothes are the best attire in summer season as; they absorb sweat and protect your body from dehydration. Try to wear full clothes in order to prevent sunburns and tanning. Your body can come over dehydration but it takes huge time to cure skin damage.
- Stay away from the products that contain caffeine such as coffee, chocolates milkshakes, and chocolate candies.
- Adapt light exercise that will not make you more tired and lose excessive amount of water from your body.
