Make sure you drink plenty of water, because at that time you require to breast feed your child and don’t want dehydration to intervene in between.

Give time to yourself

It is essential that you look after yourself, for that you need to get out of your home. Sometimes, move out for shopping or simply dressing your hair. Remember the fact that small things can make a huge difference. So, giving yourself time will help you in a bigger way.

Consult your doctor

Despite adopting so many healthy tips, if you don’t get well, then you should certainly visit your doctor. Get to him and describe about your depression. May be the doctors will prescribe you medication or perhaps send you to a therapist.
