Few people might have allergy to rose flowers or some might face allergies of new shoes. People may be allergic to pollen seeds of rose, due to which they get affected by allergies.</p>
<p>Actually, allergy is can be explained as over reaction of the immune system to any particular substance that might be safe to numerous other people. Every individual has different compositions of the body, thus in few people some substances might be addressed as an attacker to the body. As, these substances are not welcomed by our body, our body reacts in annoying manner. To guard the body from unwelcomed attackers, the immune system of the body emits certain antibodies. These antibodies discharge chemicals in our bloodstream, which further fight against ‘allergens’.</p>
<p>Three types of allergies are most common and harmful to human health. These allergies easily affect kids as, they possess fragile immune system. Allergies such as airborne allergy, food allergy, and insect allergy highly affect kids. <p>We may not like the food or it may be not be suitable for our health. Thus, it is anytime better to carry our own food. I completely agree that certain food items are very tempting. But, we need to control our temptation if those food items are not suitable for us.</p>
<p>Especially, when kids have their <strong>school picnic</strong>, let them carry food from home. The school picnic is definitely without parents so, kids get freedom to consume any thing. Sometimes they mess up eating anything junk which might be allergic or unsuitable for them. Additionally, there is no fix time for their hunger to strike. Thus, it is anytime better to keep some additionally food with them. You may pack some healthier and tastier food items for their <strong>picnic</strong>.</p>
<p>Food items that you can pack with them are:</p>
