It directly affects the health of our skin. Skin is the largest organ of our body. The health of our skin depicts our complete health. Whenever our health is in bad state, our skin turns pale and dull. It looses the charm and glow. And on top of that the lifestyles which we possess have ruined everything. The hectic and tedious lifestyles have worn out our health.
In such lifestyle, our skin is greatly affected. And nowadays when women are being career oriented they tend to move out of house. We take in lot of polluted stuff and our skin is exposed to many harmful environmental elements. Like the harmful sun rays dehydrate our body. Thus it affects the health of our cells and even the dead cells remain on the surface of our skin. The pollution that comprise of heavy toxic substance damages the skin to great extent. And the most important reason our bad skin is our poor habit of eating. In the busy schedule we neglect to take the proper diet.
There are ample of ways to take good care of our health and restore the health of our skin. You can revitalize the health of your skin in very simple ways. At the very first start eating right and healthy food. Cut down the amount of junk food from daily diet. Life is very much beautiful and easy if we try to follow the rules of nature. It is proved that our body itself contains all the elements that is need to cure any wound. And it starts the healing process before we start giving any type of medication or any treatment. But our body won’t respond if the immune system of our body is not strong. If the immune system of the body is strong it will fight with any kind of harmful infection and bacteria but if the immune system of the body is weak then it will welcome all kinds of ailments.
Thus there are very simple measures to restore the charm of your skin and maintain the health of your skin.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Gulp down at least eight to ten glass of water in day. Water is very essential element of the body. We are very well aware that our body constitutes almost 70% of water. Thus water keeps all organs hydrated. Due to lack of water the cells looses their moisture and they die. Drinking plenty of water moistens our skin. And at the same water flushes out all dead cells and toxic substance which may lead to severe infection in the body. To have a healthy skin it is very important to flush out all toxins from internal parts of the body.- Vegetables are flooded with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients which are essential for nourishing the health of our skin. Our blood stream very quickly takes in the juice of vegetables. Thus, the cells in our blood stream receive ample of nutrition within few minutes. Intake of vegetable juice also flushes out all harmful substance in the body. It is simple method to cure all skin ailments. Consumption of vegetables in good amount heals the skin disorders like acne, infection, itchy skin or eczema. Thus indulge your self in lot of vegetable. Grab a bowl of fresh green salad of vegetables. Include veggies in sandwich, burgers, pizzas or pasta to make rich and delicious delicacies. Try to steam vegetables rather than boiling them. Carrots, beet roots, broccoli, cucumber, spinach, tomato, celery, radish, cabbage and watercress are amazing for the health of skin.
Fruits are also an amazing source of vitamins, photochemical, flavonoid, minerals and fiber. They are very rich source of anti- oxidant. Intake of fruits reduces the risk of cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetics. It strengthens the immune system of the body thus fights with any kind of infection. Due to its high content of water, fruits are very vital to keep the body hydrated. As they possess the property of anti-oxidant they cure the injuries. Fruits like watermelon, apples, papaya, strawberry, lemon; orange and peach are very much beneficial to gain good skin. Replace all your fried stuff with healthy fruit snack. Blend fruits and have some fruit juice or you may just club many fruits in one fruit salad. Prepare some amazing smoothies or milkshakes for kids.- Substitute some of your food products with healthy packets like replace white sugar with honey, white rice with brown rice and substitute bread with whole wheat bread. Cut down the consumption of tea, coffee and soft drinks. Instead have some fruit or vegetable juice. You may even have lemon drink sweeten with honey. Stay away from smoke and alcohol. Divide your three large meals in six small meals.
Don’t use any harsh chemical based soap. Try to use gentle moisturized soap for bath. Opt for natural cleanse rather than using some chemical facials or cleanser. Always carry a sunscreen lotion. Massage your skin daily with almond oil, olive oil or lavender oil. Massaging your skin helps in proper blood circulation.- And lastly opt for some light and healthy exercises which are necessary to have good health. Exercise like brisk walking, yoga, aerobics, cycling etc are very easy and less time consuming. Exercise provides you with good amount of pure oxygen which keeps your organs healthy.
I wonder when people say that it is not possible for them to take care of their health. However, hectic is your schedule you need to spare time for your health. Good health will keep you going and achieve your goals. It is said that beauty lies in the eyes of beholder but then too it is our responsibility to take good care of our skin.
